Crow Planet

Lizzie D'Agostino

Crow planet nonfiction Lyanda lynn Haupt

Imagine its 5 on a early summer night and all of a sudden you here a shriek and on top of that more you wake up with a startle and you rush outside to see what made that awful sound. When you head out there you can barley see anything except a giant black figure fly by your head to join the other black figures fighting off something even bigger. You wonder what the #%@*$ is going on!? What you probably saw were crow parents trying to fight off an animal to defend their fledglings (babies learning how to fly). Early summer is fledgling season where you will see them leaping out of their nests, but just because they are ready to fly doesn't mean they will fly right away they will most likely flap wildly as they crash to the earth, and unlike there parents the baby birds are very curious even though very vulnerable, so the parents will stay close by until they can at least lift off the ground, and that was fledglings taking off!

Question 7 nonfiction- I have learned so much from this book I learned from how smart crows are to how they live and how they grow up I loved this book!!!!

Question 4 fiction - They main idea of this book was…CROWS! How they live how smart they are stories from funny to mysterious and how misunderstood they are.

  1. I like how you create the blog into a scenario and add facts along the way
