It is 1991 during the gulf war. Howard participates in many missions during the war. He learns how difficult it is to operate where the soldiers do not care abouts their ranks. He hold out because of his training. Howard did so good he got the chance to try out for the SEAL team six. He realizes the importance of working with an elite team. It is so difficult for people many have dropped out already. He powers through doing his best making the elite team. The seals only work on special operations though howard figures out.
1) It controversial because some think the work is right and some think the work is wrong
2) The central idea is power thru and try your hardest
