Miles pudge is a new student at a new school in Alabama. He was unpopular at his old school and now is nervous about making new friends. But he is accepted into a new group of friends when he gets there. As the year goes on he gets closer to his current group of friends. Him and his friends are the trouble makers, and are getting kicked out of class, getting caught smoking by the dean of students, and one of his friends "the colonel" gets kicked off the basketball team.
