Throw like a girl, by Jean Thompson, fiction

Summary: The book i chose to read was a fictional novel called throw like a girl by Jean Thompson. The main character that takes place in this book is Iris, she is known as "the brat" because shes rude to a lot of people including her mom and doesn't like a lot of things.

Question 3: Is it a continuous story or interlocking short stories? Does the time line move forward chronologically or back and forth between past and present? This story is a continuous story because it keeps telling you about whats happening and it doesn't jump to another story. The author might have chosen to tell the story the way she did because it inspired them to write it like that.

Question 6- If i could ask the author one question what would it be? Have you read other books by the same author? If so how does this book compare. If not, does this book inspire you to read others?
If i could ask the author one question it would be "what inspired you to write this book and why"? No i have not read other books by this author but i would like to because i was interested in this book.
