6) If you could ask the author one question, what would you ask? Have you read books by the same author?
If i had to ask the author one question i would ask what inspired you to write this book? Was there someone with the same problem?

8) Where in time and history did the story take place? Is the setting imperative to the story? If changed, how would the story be impacted?
This story was taken place in a small town and this girl wants to go to college but her parents dont have the money to go and so she has to make the money in order to go. So she finds a babysitting job and gets the money that way. If the setting was changed i dont think it was change the story because its focusing on Lavaughns career and how she wants to live.

  1. I think she is very independent for wanting to college on her own.

  2. I think the question you would ask the author is a good one because also reading this book it makes me wonder how he developed this story.
